A crackle glass shade that fractures light into a shimmering web of reflections, held aloft on a textured bronze column.
We chose this lamp for the theatre of its glass. The crazed surface of the shade refracts the built-in LED into a play of facets across walls and ceiling, while the textured bronze body gives it gravitas and warmth. Standing 166 cm tall with a 30 cm shade, it suits living rooms, bedrooms and entries. Choose clear glass for sparkle or amber for a deeper, honeyed glow.
The built-in LED offers 3000K warm light for relaxed evenings, 4000K neutral for general living and 6000K cool light for crisp clarity. The crackle glass is at its most beautiful on the warm setting, especially with the amber shade. Position the lamp near a wall so the refracted pattern can be seen. Cord length is 150 cm; contact us if a longer lead is needed.

Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
