A traditional bulkhead cage stretched to 123 cm and lit by a continuous warm LED: industrial character re-scaled for the modern kitchen island.
This pendant takes a utilitarian form and turns it into architecture. An open metal cage surrounds a long tubular diffuser, giving depth and definition lit or unlit, while the integrated LED runs the full length to spread warm light evenly across an island, dining table, counter or bar. Choose Slim (10 cm, approx. 18W) for a restrained profile or Wide (15 cm, approx. 36W) for more presence and output, both 123 cm long. Twin chains keep it level, and four finishes from silver and black to green and apricot change its character entirely.
At 3000K the light is warm and residential rather than workshop-cold. The Wide version's roughly 36W suits large islands or where the pendant is the main kitchen light; the Slim's roughly 18W is ideal as a feature over a dining table or bar. For dimming, choose the TRIAC Warm Dimming variant with a compatible TRIAC dimmer. Rated IP20 for dry indoor locations only. The fixture is hardwired, uses two ceiling points, and must be installed by a licensed electrician.
This is a hardwired ceiling fixture with a two-point suspension system and a ceiling connection at each chain position. The 180 cm chains can be shortened during installation to the preferred drop.
Because the pendant is 123 cm long, set out both ceiling mounting points carefully so the fixture stays centred and aligned with the island, table or surface below.
The Slim 10 cm version is the restrained choice where the long silhouette is wanted without visual weight.
The Wide 15 cm version keeps the same length with a larger cross-section and approx. 36W output, for stronger presence and more light over substantial islands, tables and counters.

Silver, Black, Green or Apricot cages on twin 180 cm chains, with a TRIAC warm dimming option available.
Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
