A long, unbroken line of warm 3000K light in matte black metal, made in lengths from 30 cm to 240 cm to trace a facade, garage or patio wall.
We chose this fitting because linear light is one of the most architectural ways to light a modern exterior. By day the slim matte black profile reads as a deliberate line across render, cladding or brick, equally at home on a new build or a considered renovation. After dark the integrated LED produces a continuous warm-white wash that defines edges and entries without glare. With eight lengths from 30 cm to 240 cm, it can be scaled to a single doorway or run the full width of a garage.
At 3000K the light is warm white, which flatters render, timber and planting while still reading crisp against a matte black frame. Choose a length in proportion to the wall: shorter sizes suit doorways and narrow entries, while the 180–240 cm lengths are designed for garage frontages and long facades. The IP65 rating means the fitting is dust-tight and protected against water jets, so it can be installed on exposed walls. This is a hardwired fitting and must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Assessed by the Lumiro lighting studio for its materials, its craftsmanship and the quality of its light.
A continuous matte black profile traces facades and garage walls in one deliberate warm-white line after dark.
Lengths from 30 cm to 240 cm let it frame a single doorway or run the full width of a double garage.
A corrosion-resistant metal housing with IP65 protection keeps the light consistent through humidity, rain and coastal exposure.
Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
