A reflective glass globe washed in a metallic gradient, mirroring the room by day and glowing warmly at night.
We chose this globe for its double life. Switched off, the metallic gradient reflects its surroundings like polished jewellery; lit, the glass softens into a warm glow. Six diameters from 15 to 40 cm and three finishes, champagne, silver and rose gold, allow anything from a single bedside accent to a graduated cluster over a kitchen island or dining table. It can be mounted on the ceiling or wall.
Each globe uses a 5W warm-white (3000K) LED, so it is a decorative accent rather than a main light; pair it with other sources for task lighting. Champagne reads warmest, silver coolest and rose gold softest. A cluster of mixed diameters hung at different heights is particularly effective over islands and stairwells. This pendant is hardwired and must be installed by a licensed electrician.

Reflective metallic gradient glass mirrors the room when off and softens into a warm 3000K glow when lit.
Choose 15 to 40 cm globes to build a graduated cluster over an island, stairwell or dining table.
Three metallic finishes, ceiling or wall mounting and a 1.5 m adjustable wire for flexible placement.
Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
