A long, polished brass line with a soft white acrylic glow: a vanity light that brings quiet gold-toned refinement above the mirror.
We selected this fixture for its elegant proportions. The polished brass body sits cleanly above a mirror or along a bathroom wall, catching the light like fine hardware. The acrylic shade diffuses its integrated LED into a consistent warm white, flattering for daily routines and calm in the evening. Two generous lengths, 90 cm and 120 cm, suit wide single vanities and double basins, and it is equally at home in a bedroom.
Warm white light flatters skin tones and complements the gold of polished brass, giving bathrooms a hotel-like warmth rather than a clinical feel. Mount it centred just above the mirror; the 90 cm length suits mirrors around 90 to 100 cm wide, and the 120 cm length suits double vanities. It is rated for indoor use and is hardwired, so it must be installed by a licensed electrician, who can confirm placement relative to bathroom wet zones.

Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
