A slim 5 cm profile of aluminium and acrylic delivering up to 1700 lumens: a vanity sconce that is quietly minimal yet genuinely bright.
We chose this sconce for its rare combination of a fine profile and strong output. Aluminium, iron and acrylic form a sleek body that suits a wide range of bathroom styles, mounted on a neat 10 cm plate. The integrated LED delivers bright, efficient light above a vanity mirror or cabinet, offered as warm light, white light or a three-colour changeable version. Three widths and black or white finishes allow it to be matched to the mirror.
With 900, 1300 or 1700 lumens depending on size, this light is bright enough to serve as the main light in a compact bathroom or toilet. Warm light (3000K) creates a relaxed atmosphere; white light (5000K) is close to daylight and ideal for makeup and shaving; the three-colour version moves between warm, neutral and white. Choose 40 cm for compact mirrors and 60 or 80 cm for wider vanities. Select the 220V–240V version for Australian supply; it is hardwired and must be installed by a licensed electrician, who can confirm bathroom zone requirements.

Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
