A slender aluminium bar that sends twin beams of light up and down the wall, turning a plain surface into a quiet piece of architecture.
We chose this wall light for its restraint. The narrow aluminium body all but disappears by day, in black or white, while at night the up-and-down beams draw two crisp washes of light that give height and rhythm to hallways, stairwells, entries and outdoor walls. Six lengths, from a compact 7.7 cm accent to a 32 cm statement, let it be scaled to the wall, and each comes in warm, neutral or cool white. Its waterproof, rust-proof construction means the same fitting can carry a lighting scheme from inside to the patio.
Choose the light colour for the setting: warm white (3000K) for living areas, bedrooms and outdoor walls where brick and timber should glow; neutral white (4000K) for hallways and work areas; cool white (6000K) for crisp, bright utility spaces. Match the length to the wall, using the smaller 2W and 4W sizes as gentle accents and the 10W and 12W sizes where the beams need to reach further. The light runs on 90–260V mains power, so installation should be carried out by a licensed electrician.

Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
