A slender line of natural timber that washes the wall in warm light: a linear wall light that brings quiet architecture to hallways, living rooms and bedrooms.
We chose this fixture for its restraint. By day, the timber body reads as a refined piece of joinery against the wall. At night, the 3000K LED casts a warm wash downward, or both up and down for a more dramatic, gallery-like effect. Three lengths allow it to span a bedhead, frame a hallway or sit above a console, in a light wood or walnut tone, with a standard or Triac dimmable warm light.
At 3000K the light is a true warm white, ideal for living spaces and bedrooms in the evening and flattering to timber. The downward version pools light onto floors and furniture; the up and down version also grazes the wall above, making ceilings feel taller. For dimming, choose the Triac dimmable warm light and pair it with a compatible Triac (leading or trailing edge) dimmer. As a rule of thumb, the 59.9 cm length suits single doorways and narrow walls, while the 119.9 cm length spans a queen or king bedhead. It is hardwired and must be installed by a licensed electrician.

A slender wood or walnut body reads as fine joinery by day, then casts a warm 3000K wash across hallways and bedroom walls at night.
Choose a pooled downward light or a dual up and down wash that grazes the wall and makes ceilings feel taller.
Available at 59.9, 80 and 119.9 cm, with a Triac dimmable option, to frame a doorway, console or full bedhead.
Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
