A sandblasted metal pillar light with a frosted acrylic shade, glowing soft and even beside doorways, porches and garden paths.
We chose this light for its versatility and its calm, frosted glow. A sandblasted metal body in black or white holds a frosted acrylic shade that softens the bulb into even, glare-free light. It takes a standard E26 or E27 LED or Edison bulb, and comes in two model styles across three sizes, from 33.5 x 33.5 x 19.1 cm to 55.9 x 55.9 x 31 cm. Power options are unusually broad: mains (AC 85–265V), low-voltage 12V or 24V DC for landscape systems, or a solar-powered version.
The frosted acrylic diffuses fully, so even a clear Edison-style bulb becomes a soft glowing volume rather than a bright point. Choose a warm-white E27 LED (2700K–3000K) for a welcoming entry. The 12V and 24V DC versions suit low-voltage garden lighting systems run from a transformer; mains versions must be installed by a licensed electrician; the solar version needs good direct sun through the day. IP65 means it is dust-tight and protected against water jets.

Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |

| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
