Three wooden blades on an iron body, with a glass-shaded light below: a vintage-minded fan with a clean, modern line.
We chose this fan for its balance of old and new. An iron body and three wooden blades bring a classic, vintage character, while a glass shade softens an integrated 36W LED with three colour settings. A 50W motor offers six variable-frequency speeds by wireless remote, with forward rotation for summer cooling and reverse for winter. Three finishes, sand nickel with light wood-grain blades, sand nickel with walnut, or black with walnut, and three sweeps, 106.7, 132.1 and 152.4 cm, suit rooms from bedrooms to large living spaces.
The glass shade diffuses the 36W LED into a soft glow; choose warm white for evenings, neutral for everyday use and cool white for task light. The 106.7 cm sweep suits bedrooms and studies, 132.1 cm most living rooms, and 152.4 cm larger open spaces. In winter, reverse the fan at low speed to move warm air down from the ceiling. This is a hardwired fan and must be installed by a licensed electrician, with the blades well clear of head height.

Metal, glass and fabric chosen for how they age and how they catch the light — never flimsy, never plasticky.
Thoughtful designs spread light gently and evenly instead of throwing glare — kinder to eyes, faces and surroundings.
Warm colour temperatures bring out the true tones of skin, timber, stone and greenery — the difference you notice every evening.
Whatever you are lighting — a dining table, a hallway, a front entry or a garden path — a few simple proportions make the difference between a light that feels considered and one that feels lost. Use these as a starting point, and always check the dimensions in the product details.
| Light | Size & position | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| Pendants over a table or island | About ½–⅔ the table width; 75–85 cm above the surface | Over an island, allow roughly 60–75 cm between pendants |
| Chandeliers & ceiling lights | At least 210 cm clear above walkways | Over a dining table, choose around 30 cm narrower than the table |
| Interior wall sconces | Centre roughly 150–170 cm from the floor | Space 2–3 m apart along a hallway or wall |
| Bathroom & vanity lights | Either side of the mirror at eye level, or 190–200 cm above the floor | Choose IP44 or higher near water |
| Outdoor wall & entry lights | Fixture about ¼–⅓ the height of the door | Mount just above eye level; IP44+ for exposed walls |
| Path, garden & post lights | Space roughly 1.8–2.5 m apart | Stagger either side of a path for a softer, natural look |
| Floor & table lamps | Bottom of the shade near eye level when seated | Place slightly behind the shoulder for reading |
